Pay: $85,000-$90,000



The

Care Services

Director

manages and directs a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets.

What will I do every day?

Complete accurate and regular resident assessments to determine appropriate level of care Maintain all resident information, files, and reports Supervise and administer all resident medications Maintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirements Coordinate care provided by third parties Manage Assisted Living budget and expenses Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing to ensure quality of care Conduct departmental planning and forecasting Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction

What will I need to be successful in this role?

A passion for excellence

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Three to five years of supervisory experience Registered Nurse preferred BS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fields Experience in working with seniors preferred Experience as a Wellness Director, Resident Care Director or Assisted Living Director preferred
