-We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to provide high-quality medical assistance.
Responsibilities
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician Monitor and assess patients' conditions Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings Assist with medical procedures such as dermal fillers and laboratory tests Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe environment Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Experience
Previous experience in travel nursing is a plus Proficiency in infant care and pain management techniques Knowledge of eClinicalWorks software for electronic health records Familiarity with long-term care practices Understanding of physiology and its application to patient care Ability to administer medications and manage pain effectively Experience in infection control protocols
