Assisted Living -- Every other weekend plus 1 shift per week - 3pm-11:30pm

We're a warm, supportive community looking for an LPN who brings heart, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional resident care.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with residents' care plans Monitor, assess, and report changes in condition Administer and document medications accurately (including narcotics) Respond confidently to emergencies and urgent situations Ensure safety and infection control standards are always met Maintain complete, compliant documentation Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members Participate in trainings, meetings, and ongoing education Contribute to a positive, resident-focused team culture

What We're Looking For

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -

Current NJ license

CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification At least 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care or assisted living preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills A caring, reliable team player with excellent time-management Comfortable with electronic charting/computer skills Able to meet physical job demands and work a flexible schedule
