The Inpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Unit
is an 18-bed adult inpatient unit,requiring inpatient care in collaboration with Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy services. Our team of experts specialize in rehabilitation care for amputation, spinal cord injury and dysfunction, complex medical conditions, brain injury and illness, musculoskeletal injury, and stroke. A Neuropsychologist is available as part of the care team to provide support to the patient, family, and staff. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team in developing an inpatient and discharge care plan.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of nursing process and social, behavioral, biological, and physical sciences as normally acquired through completion of an approved practical nursing program.
Active Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Active CPR/BLS certification required. AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.
Acute Care, In-Hospital LPN experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of a registered nurse to attain excellent patient care.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Upholds the system's mission and vision.

Salary Range:
Minimum 27.27/hour - Maximum 42.27/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
