LPNs

to support

Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, and Nursing Home

facilities. You will provide quality patient care, support daily living activities, and work closely with the clinical team to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments as per protocols Monitor patient conditions and report changes Support ADLs and resident well-being Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff
