THE JOB:

As the Loyalty Card Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our loyal guests at the Players Club desk! Your leadership will ensure smooth front-line operations while fostering a welcoming atmosphere that keeps players engaged and excited. If you're passionate about building relationships and enhancing guest experiences in a vibrant casino environment, we want you to join our dynamic team!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supervise assigned operational functions within the Players Club desk consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the Company's short term and long-term profitability objectives Assist Players Club Representatives, Slot Hosts, and guests with all requests in a professional and timely manner Explain the loyalty program in detail and redeem guests' points for express comps Issue FREEPLAY and explain how to use it Evaluate members' status and issue complimentary amenities based upon established Company guidelines Conduct daily Team Update briefings; create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests, including smiling, greeting, and making eye contact, while staying alert to their needs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma or GED required Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays 1+ Years of supervisory experience preferred

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:


$22.50


Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
