Security Installation Technician & Physical Security Equipment Installer

We're hiring a hands-on technician who's skilled with low voltage systems and ready to travel, you will be Based in Idaho Falls with travel across Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. This role offers fieldwork with advanced technology and the chance to be part of a mission-driven team that values precision and reliability.

What You'll Do

Install and service commercial security systems: Access Control, CCTV, Alarm/Intrusion Set up and troubleshoot IP-based video surveillance and access control systems (DMP, AXIS, AMAG experience a plus) Install bank equipment including ATMs, safes, vaults, safety deposit boxes, undercounter steel, and audio systems Operate hoists, lifts, and forklifts to position equipment Perform general construction, welding, and finish work as needed Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and properly configured Travel frequently (up to 100%) with weekends at home Maintain accurate documentation and timesheets Collaborate with customers and team members to deliver exceptional service
What You Bring

Strong knowledge of electronics, hardware, software, and networking Experience in commercial physical and electrical security systems Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills High work ethic, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders/lifts, and with power/hand tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Low Voltage license preffered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
