IDR Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee commercial low-voltage installations including

access control, security cameras, intercoms, structured cabling, networking, and A/V

. The ideal candidate is organized, confident on job sites, great with clients, and able to manage multiple crews and subcontractors while delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.

This is a leadership role with high visibility. You will work directly with ownership, run multi-phase projects, coordinate materials and scheduling, and ensure every installation meets IDR's quality standards.

Access control (Kisi, Avigilon, Brivo, ButterflyMX, MVI, Conelit, Vicon Anavio, etc.) Cameras and cloud VMS platforms (Vivotek/Vortex, Verkada, Rhombus, Eagle Eye, Speco) Intercom and multi-tenant systems Structured cabling (Cat6/6A, fiber, racks, patching) Networking and IT infrastructure A/V installations and sound masking

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff to closeout Oversee crews, technicians, subcontractors, and scheduling Coordinate materials, equipment, and vendor shipments Perform site walks, progress inspections, and quality checks Maintain project budgets, timelines, and change orders Work with GCs, building management, and client stakeholders Prepare documentation, punch lists, and closeout packages Ensure compliance with fire code, life safety, and building standards Escalate project risks, delays, or resource conflicts Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery Support forecasting and resource planning with leadership

Required Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience

in: Low voltage Security systems Access control CCTV / IP cameras Structured cabling (ANY of these qualifies.) Strong knowledge of: Low-voltage wiring, cabling pathways, J-hooks, EMT/Conduit PoE switches, NVRs, cloud VMS, access control panels, power supplies Construction workflows and reading drawings Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

Experience with: Kisi, Avigilon, Brivo, Vivotek, Verkada, Rhombus, ButterflyMX, Doorking, , Lencore Experience running multi-site or multi-phase rollouts National or regional integrator experience OSHA 30 Experience with job costing or project accounting

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000-$110,000 base salary

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
