Position Summary:

The Low Voltage Project Manager will exercise considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action on all aspects of their projects. Responsibilities include overseeing others, working with manufacturers and vendors, and taking responsibility for making necessary adjustments throughout the project to ensure a satisfactory outcome for both the company and the customer. This position requires low voltage, or limited energy, construction project management experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare, issue, and maintain purchase orders, submittals, invoices, subcontracts, timesheets, requests for information, change orders and all other project management paperwork. Understand project billing schedule and provide timely billings. Understand and manage project cash flow. Review, utilize and maintain project reporting systems. Participate in estimating as required. Review contracts and subcontracts. Determine and coordinate labor requirements. Observe and monitor on-site job progress. Participate in company marketing activities. Develop, foster, and maintain professional relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Participate in trade organizations and community involvement activities. Required Qualifications:

Extensive background in low voltage (limited energy) construction project management Strong customer service & support skills Strong organizational skills are required All applicants must have access control and IP camera experience, preferably familiarity with the following manufacturers: Lenel, S2, Avigilon, Axis, HID or similar. Ability to design systems as requested Skillset to estimate security projects accurately and efficiently Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred Minimum of five years work experience in low voltage electrical construction required
