PURPOSE:

SUMMARY: LOS Administrator has primary responsibility, under the direction of Consumer Lending management, for the routine day-to-day operational functions of all loan operation systems and applications. The LOS Administrator will work alongside the Consumer Lending team and vendors to ensure optimal lending process fluidity, quality, integration, and support for Loan Operation systems and software. Loan Operation systems, including but not limited to MeridianLink, experience is required. Responsibilities include day to day administration of computer operations, various reporting, and availability of system resources. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as determined by business needs.
  • Accurately and efficiently review, analyze, and modify loan operation systems including new product implementation, testing, debugging, and installing.
  • Proactively detect, diagnose, and report problems on all related programs.
  • Develop and demonstrate a subject matter expertise pertaining to all aspects and components of Loan Administration to include but not limited to; Loan Operation systems such as Origence and MeridianLink Consumer, loan technology administration, loan review, quality control; scanning of loan files, data integrity, product, and campaign management.
  • Responsible for entering and testing pricing matrices and loan decisioning matrices
  • Ensure pricing and loan automated decision engines are accurate.
  • Ensure deposit pricing is accurate and communicated effectively throughout the organization.
  • Ensure that loan level data integrity components present in the loan operations technology platforms and that supporting documentation is electronically archived such that a loan level data can be transferred to the loan servicing platforms accurately, that data conforms to all loan approval parameters, credit union or secondary investor loan policies and operating guidelines, and that a forensic review can take place on all funded loan files.
  • Gather requirements and feedback from users and create specifications and develop code as required. Design, develop, implement, and support solutions related to processes.
  • Ensuring effective front end and back end functionality, evaluating and analyzing systems in order to identify future technology opportunities and recommend any improvements to management
  • Maintain records of any configuration changes including but not limited to: installations of new software and releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, maintenance and resolve software related problems.
  • Perform system backups and recovery. Maintain data files and monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintaining and updating documents and procedures as needed
  • Utilizing reporting in all Loan Operating systems as well as our core system and ensuring that all reporting is completed in accordance with established corporate standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security.
  • Acts as technology liaison and communicates regularly with Information Technology as well as Consumer Lending vendors.
  • Maintain competency on current technology and its applications for the benefit of end users and support the credit union\'s business objectives, including professional development and related training.
  • Assists the AVP of Consumer Lending with projects and the POC for projects within the department.
  • Performs such other functions as assigned by the AVP of Consumer Lending and the Consumer Lending Manager
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School degree with a minimum of 3 years related experience; experience and/or training in MeridianLink and Symitar is preferred. Knowledge of basic networking protocols required. Strong understanding of application support. Possess strong communication skills including professional-level grammar and spelling. Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize. Strong attention to detail, highly organized.
