Long-term Substitute - 5th Grade Teacher - West Park Elementary
Anticipated start date: March 23, 2026
Salary: $120/day for the first consecutive 10 days, $264.48/day beginning the 11th day
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide instruction in curricular areas for elementary age students with a focus on Idaho Content Standards in reading, math, and language arts. Perform duties as assigned by the policies of the Board of Trustees, the Superintendent, and the Principal. Teaching 5th Grade for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold or meet minimum requirements for an Idaho Standard Instructional Certificate endorsed for All Subjects K-8, or Blended Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education (Birth - Grade 3), or Blended Elementary Education/Elementary Special Education (Grades 4-6), as determined by grade level assignment and required by State Law and the State Board of Education.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous successful experience in an elementary level classroom.
