ANNOUNCEMENT OF SERVICE VACANCY

POSITION: Long Term Temporary Substitute Bus Operator

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified and Certified Bus Operator, as per State and County Regulations. Those presently employed or on the bus

substitute list will be given preference as provided by West Virginia Code 18A-4-8b



ROUTE: Rt 19 South, Jennings Run, Raccoon Run, Rt 4 to county line, Rt 19 North to Roanoke Elementary School, I-79 North, Stonecoal Church, Fern Drive

This run could be modified to a double run, if the need arises.

Subject to change, daily, to meet the needs of the students.

SALARY: As provided in WV Code 18A-4-8 and 18A-4-8a

TERM: 200 Days (prorated for the 2025-2026 school year)

Until the regular employee returns, not to exceed the 2025-2026 school year.





AVAILABLE: 2025-2026 School Year

Pending Lewis County Board of Education approval
