Job Overview:


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Warehouse



Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of orders and product condition. Store products in appropriate locations within the warehouse. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory management, reporting discrepancies to supervisors. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following safety procedures and standards. Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring goods are properly secured. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and performance goals. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Logistics



Proficiency with logistics software (Worldship), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Ability to create and interpret shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs forms, etc.) Familiarity with freight carriers, rate negotiations, and shipment tracking Experience coordinating international inbound shipments, including ocean, air, and courier freight Ability to work with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers Familiarity with duties, tariffs, and basic import-cost calculations Ability to track and manage ETAs, delays, demurrage, and customs clearance

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous warehouse or logistics experience is required (2+ year). Inventory control experience required. Forklift experience required Delivery experience preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely (training will be provided if necessary). Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
