Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in transportation management or logistics.
- Proficient in transportation management software and technology.
- Valid CDL-A license with medical certification.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Thorough understanding of DOT / FMCSA standards and regulatory compliance.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
