The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator processes, verifies and maintains accurate records on incoming and outgoing orders and shipments under the supervision of management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and process non-EDI and EDI purchase orders, timely and accurately to meet customer needs.
Overseeing distribution of sample orders for internal and external customers, by packing, sealing and labeling to prepare for shipment using office tools.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
Invoice data entry to QuickBooks
Record shipment data, such as weight, dimensions, damages, discrepancies for reporting or recordkeeping purposes.
Regularly communicates with 3PL vendors.
Prepare documents for export permits and orders for all Canadian purchase orders.
Adheres to all Company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and represents the company in a professional manner.
Performs other additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, import/export, and distribution of goods environment.
Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.
Organized, detail-oriented and manage multiple tasks.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills related to duties and responsibilities.
Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent Typing Skills Required
EDI (SPS Commerce) and QuickBooks experience a plus.
Japanese and English business level speaking and writing- a plus.
Ability to commute to the office daily.
