Job Summary

We are seeking Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in our dispatch management and operations. In this role, you will oversee the coordination and dispatching of our field technicians, subcontractors and inventory control processes to ensure seamless operations. This position will have overnight hours as well depending on winter storm timing.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end dispatch of our field technicians and subcontractors during snow and ice events using various platforms including Jobber, ServiceChannel, UtilizeCore and more. Monitor technician and subcontractor uploads in real time to ensure proper documentation including clock in/out, pictures, notes, etc... Coordinate warehouse activities including asset maintenance schedules. Oversee procurement processes for ice melt salt and other materials. Conduct root cause analysis on dispatch disruptions or inefficiencies and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scheduling and job completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to warehouse operations, forklift operation, and materials handling procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operational or transportation dispatch. Experience with Jobber, ServiceChannel, UtilizeCore or other technician management platforms preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively. Ability to work overnight hours as needed depending on weather events. Strong communication skills for collaborating across departments and managing relationships.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
