This position is responsible for ensuring efficient management and control of the warehouse operations and inventory. This position plays a key role in contributing to the creation and implementation of the best practices for warehouse vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage, report and audit current inventory.
Establish warehouse procedure to maximize operational efficiency.
Material purchasing and forecasting.
Work with crew members to complete projects within established policies and procedures.
Set shop goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.
Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
Communicate with other departments and vendors to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
Continuously grow to understand tool use and familiarity with construction best practices.
Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders and work on rooftops in varying temperatures
A strong desire to be a team player and work well with others to accomplish a common goal.
Assist with project loading to ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive on the job site.
Help maintain fleet vehicles and equipment.
Participate in regular safety training
Assist with completion of installation reports and commissioning reports.
Remain up to date on Code requirements, hardware options, and industry best practices.
Required Licenses or Additional Qualifications
Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 safety card within 30 days of hire.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Fork lift certified
A professional and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use computer programs includin, Excel and Google
Professional appearance and excellent customer service
Great attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
