Logistics Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and distribution activities
• Oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate carriers, freight schedules, and delivery timelines
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for savings and process improvement
• Lead, train, and support logistics and warehouse teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and report performance metrics to leadership
• Resolve shipping, inventory, and customer delivery issues quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain teams

Logistics Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
