THE WORK
The Logistics Engineer will serve as the lead for the AEGIS Program in the DEPOT ensuring all contractual obligations are met on schedule by coordinating material flow, work-in-process, receipts, and shipments. Responsibilities include producing weekly status reports, conducting weekly customer meetings to discuss performance, audit findings, and issue resolutions, and driving corrective actions when schedule risks arise. The role serves as the primary liaison between the program team and the DEPOT maintaining clear communication, facilitating audits, and continuously improving logistics processes to support mission-critical delivery timelines.

Basic Qualifications
Experience managing GFE or similar government-furnished assets
Experience and proficient in SAP, Solumina, and Haystack.
Experience in developing a schedule to provide to DEPOT to execute contract schedule
Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, and/or LM requirements with Government Furnished Material(GFM)
Internal and external audit experience with GFM
Strong organizational skills.
Desired skills
Experience with AEGIS multiple contract types within DEPOT
Experience with DEPOT process of material management and reporting to Customer
Ability to develop schedules, and track status material and generate compliance reports using SAP and CAV
The ability to manage multiple concurrent contracts within a program and provide status to management
Experience to work with internal and external customers to provide reports including SIT, CAV, QTD audits.
Created investigative reports using both internal and external information to be provided to the customer on inventory

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
