Compensation: $55k-$65k annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of logistics functions, including distribution, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role ensures that products are efficiently stored, transported, and delivered to the field in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
You will conduct the following responsibilities, upholding Tarian's commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to monitor production and plant inventory levels.
  • Coordinate warehousing and transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Respond to inquiries related to distribution and shipping, investigating and resolving issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of logistics operations with overall business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory management, or distribution.
  • Basic understanding of logistics principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under direct supervision and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems is a plus.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, individual may be required to sit for extended periods using computer and telephone equipment in a typical office setting. May lift and carry up to 10 pounds. Will use normal range of vision, hearing, and speaking. Frequently engages in mental concentration, analysis, and formulation.
