Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective movement of materials from our warehouse to customers and installation sites. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule deliveries of flooring materials to job sites and warehouses Communicate daily with customers and freight companies to ensure on-time deliveries Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management Track shipments and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues promptly Prepare shipping documents, purchase orders, and delivery schedules Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
