Position Summary

Responsible for coordinating the movement of tools and materials, which may include ductwork, piping, and consumable materials.

Position Details

Coordinates deliveries to and from jobsite. Troubleshooting missing deliveries as needed. Schedules resources to facilitate deliveries, including transportation and equipment coordination. Collaborates with project leadership and corresponding departments to integrate logistics with established systems and processes. Communicates issues concerning transportation, logistics process, or customer issues. Works on preventive measures as needed. Provides status reports on a daily or weekly update, which may include visual display of deliveries against project need. Excellent computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, including as Excel

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required Typically requires 0-1 years of related experience Good verbal and written communication skills Good customer service skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task Attention to detail Basic Microsoft Office--Word and Excel skills Basic organization and planning skills
