Logistics Associate

to support our Logistics team and ensure inventory accuracy across multiple locations, including our DSD network and 3PL partners. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners, this role is a great fit.

Where You'll Work...

You'll work at our

Canal Street

location in Milwaukee's Menomonee River Valley--home to our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, on-site bakery, and 24-hour shipping & receiving operations.

What You'll Do...

Process daily transfer orders across inbound, outbound, and DSD workflows. Monitor inventory balances across all locations, with a focus on DSD sites. Reconcile inventory balances weekly with external logistics partners (3PLs). Partner with Finance to investigate and resolve inventory-related issues. Create and maintain accurate inventory adjustments within Oracle/WMS systems. Support the Logistics team in maintaining data integrity, documentation, and communication with outside partners.

What You Bring...

High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred. Experience working with computers, business systems, or data entry functions. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
