Job Description

Regional Express is seeking an logistics operations manager to assist with managing their Last Mile Operations. The operations manager will be coordinating and supervising the daily activities of Regional's labor force, fleet and delivery execution.

Requirements:

5+ Years of Transportation Management (1099 or W2) Manage 35- 60 direct reports Experience with Amazon, FedEx Delivery, OnTrac Strong Leadership and Customer Service skills Responsible for service and quality of driver performance Responsible for managing service of fleet, labor and inventory Computer Applications - Excel and Tracking platforms Must be able to work 1 weekend day Shifts range from 8 - 12 hour days depending on work.
