Logistics & Fulfillment Supervisor

SilverScreen Decoration & Fulfillment - Reno/Sparks, NV

SilverScreen Decoration & Fulfillment is a fast-moving, high-volume apparel decoration and order fulfillment company supporting national retail and e-commerce brands. We ship thousands of units daily across multiple programs and channels -- and we're looking for a hands-on Logistics & Fulfillment Supervisor who can help us scale our operation and support a team of 14 shipping, receiving, and fulfillment associates.

This role is perfect for a tech-savvy leader who enjoys coaching teams, maintaining accuracy at speed, solving workflow problems, and building strong operational discipline.

What You'll Be Doing

Team Leadership & Daily Operations

Supervise and support 14 team members across shipping, receiving, inventory support, and order fulfillment workflows. Lead daily huddles, assign work, monitor throughput, and ensure orders move correctly from receiving ? staging ? pick/pack ? shipping. Provide hands-on leadership on the floor, solving issues in real time and supporting your team as a servant leader. Maintain a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment

Ensure accurate receiving, put-away, labeling, and verification of inbound shipments. Oversee batch picking, packing, order consolidation, quality checks, and outbound shipment accuracy. Use ShipStation (primary system) and internal UI tools to prepare orders, generate labels, and print documentation. Ensure 3rd-party billing, international shipping requirements, and carrier rules (UPS & FedEx) are followed correctly. Maintain order accuracy and inventory traceability for customer-owned stock.

Technology & Excel Skills

Use Excel daily for reporting, audits, order tracking, error checks, productivity metrics, and inventory analysis. Leverage our internal UI portal to view orders, statuses, and workflows. Support basic troubleshooting of label issues, ShipStation setup, or file upload errors (CSV imports, mapping, etc.). Help create or improve simple templates, sheets, and processes for better visibility and accuracy.

Inventory Control & Process Discipline

Assist with cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis for variances. Ensure proper bin locations, labeling, and storage discipline are followed. Identify workflow gaps and propose improvements to reduce errors and improve speed. Document and enforce SOPs across all fulfillment and logistics tasks.

What You Bring

Required

2+ years experience leading teams in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting/filtering, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred, pivot tables a plus). Experience with ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, or FedEx Ship Manager (any combination OK). Comfortable learning and using our internal web-based UI tools. Strong understanding of shipping workflows, receiving processes, and order fulfillment. Calm under pressure, highly organized, and great with multitasking. A servant-leader mindset: build people, support them, coach them, and help them win.

Nice to Have

Forklift certification or experience (we can certify you if needed). Experience in apparel decoration, high-SKU fulfillment, or e-commerce pick/pack environments. Familiarity with international shipping documentation. Lean, continuous improvement, or 5S experience.
