Stiklestad Lodge at Fort Ransom is currently searching additional staff members.

Stiklestad Lodge is located in the rolling hills of Ransom County and is named in tribute to the hard-working immigrants who first settled in the beautiful Fort Ransom - Sheyenne River Valley of North Dakota. Experience a family gathering, holiday party, corporate retreat or training event in these modern, yet rustic accommodations.

Stiklestad Lodge has a state-of-the-art training facility complete with an auditorium and 2 additional training rooms, cooking and dining area, bar, business office with computer terminals and wireless access. There are 112 bunks between the lodge, bunk houses and converted granary.

Education and/or Experience

Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred.

Housekeeper Job Summary:

Clean all guest rooms and lodge.

Grounds Maintenance Job Summary:

Helps maintain the gardens located at the lodge

These positions are part-time, year-round, and offer flexibility in scheduling.

Physical Demands and Work Environment for all parts of the position:

Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach. Push, pull or lift to 40 pounds. Continuous repetitive motions. Work in hot, humid and noisy environment. Use ladders when required.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
