Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and effective anesthesia plan
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and patient evaluations
Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia care
Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and technology
Requirements
Associate degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Anesthesia
Active Nurse Anesthetist license
Previous experience in an anesthesia role is preferred
Strong understanding of anesthesia procedures and patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Daily Volume: 4 cases
Cases: Pediatrics, OB, neuro, and endoscopy
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
