ID: 45468519 Shift: Varied Weekdays, 7a-3p, 7a-7p, 7a-11p + weekends Description: Silver Cross Hospital is in need of multiple Locum CRNAs to build out provider pool to cover at their hospital.As soon as credentialed - ongoing, 13 week assignments; client is only willing to look at full time candidates onlyWeekdays, 7a-3p, 7a-7p, 7a-11p + weekendsCoverage for Procedural Care Units. 2 providers would need general OR experience (no neuro or cardiac experience required) and one provider would preferably have outpatient endoscopy experience with MAC.Average 4-5cases a day when working a 12 hour(primarily Ortho andNeuro Cases)Neuro cases: the OR team is comprised of surgeon,Surgical Assistant, Scrub Tech, and OR RN circulator.Ortho cases utilize 2 Surgical assistants, depending on the type of case.EMR: Cerner100% supervisedTrauma level II10 ORsPatient age demographic: adolescent, adult, geriatricNo hearts, pediatrics, major vascular, or OB cases.Will not place blocks or lines. Physicians do that, not CRNAsCredentialing timeframe: 4-6 weeksWill accept new gradsWilling to accept 3 locumsWilling to pay for all travel and lodging for full time providers Submission requirements: NBCRNA - RequiredActive IL license or in process of obtaining license at time of submission - RequiredBLS, ACLS, PALS - RequiredSpinal Anesthesia and Neurosurgical Anesthesia experience - RequiredAbility to workOrtho, Neuro, andEndoscopy cases -Preferred, but will consider CRNA s whoare Ortho/Neuro specific, and those Endo specificCOVID and Flu vaccine - Required, note at time of name clearMust be submitted within specified rate cap Rate:$225/hour max - absolutely no Overtime OnCall:No WeekendDescription:Yes Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:91
