Job Description

J&L Pacific Lock and Key is seeking a motivated mobile locksmith technician, who prefers better for themselves. Service technicians must be detail oriented and must posses great customer service skills. You have to be a multi-tasker and work well under pressure.This position includes: installing, repairing, rebuilding and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic locking devices.

Job duties to include:

Lockout Service (car/house/business).
Fixing locks and mechanisms.
Consult with customers about their security needs.
Create and maintain accurate billing and job records.
Creation of invoices, estimates and bids.
Emailing, texting and phone communication with a dispatch team.

Job Requirements:

Must be available 24/5 (Don't worry, you'll have plenty of free time)
EXCELLENT customer service
Demonstrate a high level of time management skills while on the field to ensure critical work orders are complete.
Willingness to learn new things
We'll provide you with some of the professional tools, but you must have your own general tool box.
*Must have good technical skills

Must be with clean record, background check required for certification.
Must have a valid Driver's License and own car to be reliable, flexible, and able to travel around the city.
Able to safely lift 75 pounds
We prefer locksmith with experience, but will be happy to train the right person.
