7:30 am - 5p M-F w/rotating Saturdays 9am-noon

Summary:

This position is responsible for all aspects of store operations; inventory, deliveries/customer service, warehouse, compliance of company policies/procedures, and safety. Retail management experience would be very beneficial as this position wears many hats and is required to do all things the store needs. Location supervisor works with builders, fabricators, contractors, and oversees their accounts. Working daily with members of Midwest Tile's 9 other locations. This position reports/communicates to the Lincoln, NE location multiple times a day.

People skills are very important, being detail minded, able to do physical work, and proficient with computers, are extremely important. Asking questions, learning from those questions, having common sense, and having a great personality are skills that will make this role successful.

Essential Responsibilities:

? Manages and oversees all facets of the daily operations, ensuring compliance with company, state and federal policies and regulations

? Supervise personnel, which includes work allocation, training, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution.

? Establish and maintain positive customer relations and handle complaints or major questions

? Detailed minded when fulfilling orders.

? Maintain proper levels of inventory.

? Monitor sales and credit accounts for adjustments as necessary.

? Oversee credit accounts, cash received, and COD accounts.

? Complete deposits and report to corporate.

? Load and unload both inbound and outbound material.

? Perform other job-related duties as assigned to or as operational needs dictate.

? Regular reliable attendance is an essential requirement for the job.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.

Ability to understand and enforce Company state and federal policies and regulations.

Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. High capability of independent thinking and decision making. Proficient with computers. Detail minded, hardworking, and problem solving.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

Have to be able to climb on and off truck beds, lifting, and carrying boxes of tile and sinks (30-50lbs).

Able to walk and be on your feet constantly.

Operating forklifts regularly.

Medium work. Exerting up to 75 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 30 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.

Exposed to primarily indoor elements

Jeans, steel toe boots, and Midwest Tile t-shirt/hoodie.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
