We're looking for a

Location Manager

to lead our growing team, uphold operational excellence, and help us continue building the most trusted brand in tattooing and piercing.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations Manage front desk teams, scheduling, and supply ordering Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold Ranger's cleanliness and service standards Conduct weekly check-ins with lead artists and management to review performance and KPIs Train, coach, and mentor assistant managers and staff to achieve company goals Track and report on sales performance, reviews, and daily metrics Collaborate with ownership on marketing initiatives, budgets, and operational improvements Resolve conflicts professionally and maintain a positive shop culture Enforce policies regarding attendance, professionalism, and safety

Qualifications

Proven experience in

management or multi-unit operations

(tattoo/piercing industry preferred, but not required) Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, self-motivated, and able to delegate effectively Financial literacy (familiar with budgeting, POS reporting, and performance tracking) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with creative personalities Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends
