Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team at B-Town Vapes & Glass. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability. Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales. Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Time Management

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with inventory control and sales management practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
