YOUR NEXT ROLE

As a Localization AI Specialist at Acclaro, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how artificial intelligence and machine translation technologies are adopted across our global workflows. You'll lead strategic AI initiatives that elevate quality, speed, and cost-efficiency, ultimately driving measurable business impact. If you're passionate about emerging tech, energized by innovation, and excited to work cross-functionally with global teams, this role is your launchpad.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead exploration and adoption of AI and MT solutions that enhance localization quality and scalability Analyze emerging tech trends and evaluate their applicability to Acclaro's business and tech stack Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI strategy, risk mitigation, and competitive advantage Identify high-impact use cases for AI and MT across departments, prioritizing innovation with ROI Partner cross-functionally to define project plans, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies Evaluate third-party tools and balance build-vs-buy decisions with clarity and confidence Build partnerships with AI vendors, research institutions, and thought leaders in the space Benchmark and test AI tools and MT engines for performance, efficiency, and linguistic quality Implement scalable QA processes and continuously improve MT output based on post-edit data Support internal teams with education, workflow enhancements, and AI tool integration

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

Have 5+ years of experience in localization with a focus on machine translation, AI, or NLP Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience Are energized by solving complex challenges with innovative, tech-forward solutions Understand the nuance of language and thrive at the intersection of linguistics and technology Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and lead initiatives with autonomy Know how to assess both quantitative results and qualitative impact of AI-driven projects

YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU

Have experience implementing LLMs or other AI-based tools in a localization setting Are fluent in more than one language or familiar with multiple language pairs Have contributed to open-source NLP or MT projects Understand the sales lifecycle and can articulate tech solutions to diverse audiences Bring strategic foresight, but also roll up your sleeves to make things happen
