We're seeking a highly experienced

Superintendent

to lead a wide variety of

local construction projects

. This is a senior-level role requiring proven leadership on substantial builds valued at

$2,000,000 or more

. If you don't have this level of experience, this position is not for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate daily with subcontractors, design professionals, inspectors, utilities, vendors, and stakeholders to keep work progressing smoothly. Enforce quality standards across diverse project types--including renovations, site work, ground-up structures, tenant improvements, industrial tasks, and specialty scopes. Utilize construction management software to track progress, manage documentation, and streamline communication. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, identify issues early, and implement solutions proactively. Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion across multiple scopes and trades.

What You Must Bring:

Strong experience as a

Superintendent

managing projects of

$2M+

. A versatile construction background--comfortable overseeing

varied project types

, not just standard commercial builds. Solid knowledge of scheduling, trade coordination, field logistics, and quality control. Ability to lead teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments with professionalism and clarity. Excellent communication skills for interacting with field teams, owners, design partners, and upper management.

Primarily local work

with

minimal travel

; occasional assignments may require travel within local

WV, PA, VA or OH

area.

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience - we're willing to invest in top-tier talent. Per diem provided when travel within the region is required.
