What you'll do:
Coordinate exchange students' activities and experiences locally
Recruit and work with host families to make sure everyone feels supported
Organize events and outings that showcase local culture
Offer guidance and encouragement to students adjusting to a new environment and mediate minor issues between host family and student
What you need to succeed:
Experience in international exchange (study abroad or hosting an international student)
Positive, friendly attitude and great communication skills
Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities at once
A passion for helping young people grow and learn
