Position Overview
We are currently seeking a
Local Agent in Charge (LAIC)
in
Lorain, Ohio
to serve as our designated local representative as required under city regulations. The LAIC will act as the local point of contact for the city and other regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local ordinances for all managed properties.
This is a
contract-based position
suitable for a licensed real estate professional or individual familiar with property regulations in Lorain.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the official
Local Agent in Charge
for B2B Realty's managed properties in Lorain.
Be listed on city registration and compliance forms as the local agent.
Electronically sign required LAIC documentation as part of the city's annual property registration and renewal process.
Cooperate with B2B Realty in ensuring compliance with all
city ordinances, code enforcement, and property standards
.
Maintain clear communication with the B2B Realty compliance team regarding any code violations or notices.
Compensation
$10 per unit annually.
Payments are made upon completion or renewal of each property's registration cycle.

Must be
based in Lorain, Ohio

Must be able to
electronically sign LAIC documents
and an internal
LAIC Agreement
with B2B Realty.
Familiarity with local property and housing regulations preferred.
Strong communication and professionalism required.
