ISN is seeking a Quality Control Manager to provide and ensure quality control for a large loan servicing government contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing mortgage servicing related quality control management to a large mortgage servicing program. Executing mortgage review test plans. Developing remediation strategies to ensure accuracy and quality and to mitigate potential losses.

Qualifications:

Must have

Reverse Mortgage Servicing Related Quality Control Experience Experience at the Management level, running and guiding the quality control for a large mortgage servicing program or project. Experience developing metrics for and ensuring the level of servicing quality and solutions to meet the program's service level objectives. Experience providing remediation to ensure accuracy and quality and to mitigate potential losses.
Preferred experience within the last three years
