We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the onboarding and servicing of mortgage loans. This role requires a strong understanding of

mortgage documentation

,

accurate data entry

,

payment application

, and

quality control review

to ensure loans are set up and maintained with precision and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and enter data from mortgage documents to onboard new loans accurately and on time. Ensure all required documents are received, properly labeled, and attached to loan files. Process loan funding, including payment application, trust ledger setup, and escrow analysis. Reconcile incoming title checks and wires, and apply payments accurately. Conduct quality control reviews to verify accuracy of loan setup, funding details, and document filing. Identify and resolve discrepancies or compliance issues in loan data and documentation. Complete QC checklists and ensure all documentation meets servicing standards. Communicate with clients to obtain missing documents and respond to inquiries promptly. Send Welcome Letters and setup documents to borrowers and lenders.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents and their structure. High level of accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping. Experience with payment application and escrow analysis. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
