Loan Servicing Assistant I


Department/Location: Loan Servicing Dept. / Riverside


Employee Reports to: Loan Servicing Supervisor


FLSA: Hourly; Non-Exempt position


Status: Full-Time 76 Hours


Rate of Pay: Grade 14 / $19.89 - $29.25 per hour

Summary/Objective

: Provides general assignment/support to loan servicing staff.

Essential Job Functions

:

Prepare loan payoff quotes. Run loan payments and other loan related teller transactions. Process loan payoffs. Loan related account maintenance and research. Field loan questions from Customer Service Representatives. Scan/Index Loan Documentation Vault Clerk Duties Returned Mail Liaison for Compliance Audit Assist loan servicing staff as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math aptitude.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel). Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work equally well with internal and external customers.
