Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Loan Servicing/Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and compliant processing and administration of the Bank's residential and commercial mortgage loans. The role supports all phases of the loan life cycle, from application and disclosures through closing and post-closing maintenance. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills and a deep understanding of current lending practices and regulations. Responsibilities
Process loan applications and ensure timely delivery of accurate disclosures
Prepare closing documentation, verify accuracy, and coordinate disbursement details.
Input new loans and updates into the system; process loan maintenance and adjustments
Manage tax and insurance payments and oversee escrow analysis to ensure timely processing and regulatory compliance
Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan accounts
Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations including ECOA, HMDA, RESPA, Reg Z, FCRA, Flood, SCRA, Privacy, SAFE Act, and OFAC
Qualifications
Previous experience as a loan processor or loan servicer a must
Working knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and loan processing and banking software
