Loan Processor

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documents, processing, maintaining and finalizing loan files, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy Communicate with Title Companies and Appraisers Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies Prepare and process loan documentation Maintain organized records of all loan files and documentation Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan processing cycle

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience as a Loan Processor or in a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting procedures, and regulatory requirements is preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields preferred
