- Verify information on customer applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Process loan applications in a time manner.
- Inform existing customers of all the exciting new and existing benefits Dollar Loan Center has to offer.
- Create positive relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
- Partner with surrounding businesses to gain referrals.
- Ability to handle multiple customers\' needs during peak times throughout the day.
- Able to count money and make change.
- Ability to answer questions about customer accounts.
- Maintain a safe, and clean office environment for customers and coworkers.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive Attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable Transportation
- Satisfactorily pass a background check
- Familiar with basic office equipment
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.
