LP1 is the gatekeeper and first point of contact for new clients, responsible for making a strong first impression, setting appointments that stick, and maintaining an exceptional experience from the very first interaction. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities o Lead Management: Onboard all new leads and schedule consultations efficiently to maintain a minimum 70% lead-to-consultation ratio. o Schedule Management: Organize and manage the Loan Officer's calendar to optimize productivity and ensure priority tasks are completed. o Database & Relationship Management: Implement and track client engagement programs such as gifting, annual mortgage reviews, and event outreach. o Email Management: Handle the Loan Officer's inbox by filtering, organizing, and delegating emails for timely follow-up. o Client Communication: Comfortably speak with clients and referral partners by phone to confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and provide status updates with warmth and professionalism. o Administrative Support: Complete expense reports, coordinate documentation, and handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations. What Success Looks Like o You consistently set quality appointments that lead to consultations. o You create time and space for the Loan Officer to focus on lead generation and closing. o You manage details proactively and communicate clearly, clients and partners trust your follow-up. Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience o Prior mortgage or financial services experience preferred. o Must be comfortable and professional communicating by phone and email. o Familiarity with platforms such as Big Purple Dot, RingCentral, Arrive LOS/POS, Gmail or Outlook, and Calendly. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple priorities. o Self-motivated and resourceful, with a professional and confident demeanor.
