Job responsibilities

• Collaborate across multiple teams to effectively interpret loan documentation and facilitate closings
• Engage with clients to gather necessary items for closing, managing expectations throughout the process.
• Govern and reconcile exception reports related to recent closed transactions
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes and procedures.
• Actively manage and prioritize a pipeline of assigned transactions to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Expertise in loan origination or a closely related field, with over two years of experience and proficiency in managing and resolving conflicts through collaborative solutions.
• Advanced strategic planning capabilities, demonstrated by effective resource allocation decisions.
• Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating various aspects of loan transactions, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in time management and organization, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

• Experience in a financial services environment, leveraging AI/ML to enhance lending processes and improve decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in syndicated loan transactions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the syndication process and related documentation.
