Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. Duties will include:

Meeting with consumer clients and business clients to address loan needs. Assisting clients navigate the loan process from start to finish, while providing exceptional customer service. Maintaining records and documenting transactions and interactions with clients. Preparing quality reports for committee meetings and board meetings.

Skills:

Proficiency in mathematics. Ability to analyze financial information. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Familiarity with banking operations. Sale experience to effectively promote loan products and services. Experience in loan processing to optimize application workflow. Knowledge of ag lending is beneficial. Familiarity with various computer software programs, like Excel, Word, etc.

Qualifications:

A college degree is preferred but is not required. At least 5 yrs lending experience is preferred. We will provide training for the right candidate. You may be required to apply for an NMLS License.
