Job Description

Lindell Bank is looking for a Loan Officer at our High Ridge location. In this role, you will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and processing loan applications while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Originate and process consumer and/or commercial applications Meet with customers to understand financial needs and recommend suitable lending solutions Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and supporting documentation Work closely with loan staff to ensure timely loan processing Maintain knowledge of bank products, interest rates, and lending regulations Ensure all loan documentation complies with federal, state, and bank regulations
Qualifications:

Previous lending experience (consumer or commercial) preferred Strong knowledge of loan regulations, underwriting standards, and banking policies Ability to analyze financial documents and assess risk Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred
