Job Description

As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will support the loan origination process by assisting the loan officer in converting leads into appointments and pre-approving loans

Qualifications

MLO License, preferred but not required Familiarity with the mortgage business Experience reviewing credit and income Proficient in loan pre-approvals Strong customer service skills Knowledge of loan origination and financial services Basic math proficiency and experience with contracts Experience with Encompass

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
