Do you love the Loan Officer job but want to work on a team? We are looking for a Loan Officer who is on the front line of the client experience to act as their trusted mortgage advisor, providing highly personalized service and guiding you through every step of the loan process. It\xe2\x80\x99s all designed to exceed the clients\' expectations, guarantee their satisfaction, and earn their trust. The ideal candidate for our Loan Officer role will be the providing individualized support to each client. This person will engage with the client, assess the client\xe2\x80\x99s home ownership goals and appropriate mortgage solution, disclose the loan, and support the client and agents during the journey to home-ownership (or refinance into a better financial solution). Responsibilities:

  • The ideal Loan Officer candidate will have the skills needed to interview and ask questions to the client, discovering their home ownership goals and provide them with an appropriate solution.
  • Manage files, document receipt tracking, and schedule updates for each client.
  • The ideal Loan Officer will provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound sales calls as well as maintaining a high conversion rate in selling the products.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, real estate agents, and title companies as well as client and agent information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Ability to prepare and complete preliminary loan packages for processing.
  • Call leads and assess where the client is in their home buying process to ultimately have them fill out an application to start their pre-approval process with our team.

Qualifications:
  • A qualified candidate for our Loan Officer role MUST be proactive, take initiative, be a driving force, have good decision making skills, the willingness to ask questions and make suggestions.
  • 2 years of experience being a loan officer assistant, loan originator or loan officer.
  • Purchase Experience required, we are a PURCHASE DRIVEN TEAM.
  • High level knowledge and understanding of customer service and interpersonal best practices, as well as, professional written and oral skills.
  • Organized and extremely responsive towards clients.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • In office position.
  • Minimum 50 hours per week.
  • Available weekends and after hours for clients making offers or that have questions.
