Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist lenders with paperwork, documentation and filing
Order services from outside sources such as title insurance, appraisals and flood certification
Organize loan files according to policy for each loan type
Review loan file post-closing for accuracy and request deficient documents
Request and file needed paperwork for loan, including: insurance, UCCs, tax information, and customer financials
Book and Maintain loan accounts
Provide payoff information to customers or other organizations
Approve any non-regular loan payments and ensure codes are correct
Specify loans that need additional attention by the loan officer
Monitor the progress of loan exceptions
Prepare loan document worksheet/checklist
Provide administrative support
Regular and reliable attendance
Perform other related duties as assigned
