Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated

Loader/Unloader

to support our warehouse and logistics operations across Oregon. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately loading and unloading freight, assisting with daily warehouse activities, and helping maintain a smooth, organized workflow within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload freight from 53' dry vans and refrigerated trailers Support daily warehouse operations, including live loading/unloading, drop & hook tasks, and temporary freight staging Inspect freight for damage, verify shipment counts, and ensure documentation accuracy Communicate with drivers, dispatch personnel, and supervisors regarding load updates and scheduling Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures Assist with inventory checks, materials verification, and general warehouse duties Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training available if needed)

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or freight handling is preferred but not required Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs routinely Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and committed to a safe work environment Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
